After launching test ads during the first two months, we gained valuable insights that highlighted the need for an analysis of the customer journey to understand why certain actions were not taken. This analysis revealed opportunities to enhance the user experience. Guided by data and inspired by creativity, we implemented strategic changes in functionality, content, and design. We implemented that alongside an influencer and paid media strategy and saw great improvements with the engagement, alignment in the audience. These optimisations resulted positively, increasing conversion actions by over 150.
